RCSS Organaized the First Conference of the Summer Workshop Alumni on South Asia Facing the new millennium on September 21-23,1999 at Triton Hotel, Sri Lanka. It was also the Seventh Summer Workshop in the Series.
This conference was held with the support of W.Alton Jones Foundation, John Merck Fund, Ploughshares Fund and Ford Foundation.
