The RCSS Distinguished Speaker Series (DSS) seeks to further the public discourse on three aspects of fundamental importance to South Asia including Sri Lanka: Governance; Development and Security. RCSS proposes to draw distinguished speakers from a variety of backgrounds including the Foreign Service, military, corporate sector, academia and creative arts for this purpose. Through this lecture series, RCSS hopes to present a diverse range of narratives and further add new dimensions to the current discourse on issues of national and regional significance
