The 14th round of the Chaophraya Dialogue was held on the 20 – 21 June 2014 in Chiang Mai, Thailand. It was jointly organized by the Australia India Institute, Melbourne (AII) and the Jinnah Institute, Islamabad (JI).
The meeting brought together key opinion-makers (including former senior military and civil officials, media personalities, and academics) from India and Pakistan to discuss issues and disputes that continue to impact bilateral relations. The sessions were spread across two days covering topics ranging from the new government in India and the future of bilateral trade and Afghanistan.
