RCSS participated at the annual NESA Strategic Summit, held in Ankara, Turkey, from the 31st of March to the 3rd of April 2016. This year’s summit was held under the broad theme of looking towards the NESA region in 2020.
Prof. Imtiaz Ahmed (Executive Director) and Ms. Sumudhu Jayasinghe (Programme Officer) represented RCSS in 2 working groups focusing on the Gulf and South Asia respectively.
Prof. Imtiaz Ahmed also delivered a short presentation during one of the plenary sessions, on ‘Refugees and Migration Trends’.
